TICKETING AND AIRLINE RESERVATION

The good relationship we have with various airlines makes it easy for us to obtain reservations even during peak seasons.

CHARTER FLIGHT OPERATORS
Accra Air Travel Services shall soon start operating charter services. The company is currently negotiating with one of the best charter companies in the UK to operate charter flights on the Accra – London route.

HOTEL RESERVATION
We make reservations worldwide. We endeavour to secure for our clients the hotels of their choice and negotiate good rates for the best services offered for the class of the hotel and the level of service required.

COMPLEMENTARY TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT AND AIRPORT ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE SERVICES

Complementary protocol services at the airport awaits our clients on arrivals at the airport. We meet and assist with immigration procedures where necessary. We are also on hand during departures to assist with check-in, immigration and custom procedures. We arrange transportation to and from the airport and subsequently ground transportation for our clients during their stay in Ghana.

VISA SERVICES
Where our clients have to travel across the Ghanaian border, we arrange for visas to facilitate easy movements.

HOTEL RESERVATION
There are various grades of hotels in Ghana with varying range of facilities. We provide advise on the choice of hotel taking into account purpose of clients visit and make reservations. We can negotiate very attractive corporate rates and endeavour to obtain reservation during peak seasons where hotel accommodation is difficult to obtain. We also make worldwide hotel reservation.

CAR RENTAL
A wide selection of rental vehicles are available for our clients ranging from economy saloon vehicles, mini-buses to luxurious four-wheel drive vehicles.

CARGO AND FREIGHT FORWARDING & CLEARING SERVICES
We recognize that most corporate bodies may have unaccompanied cargo and may also have shipments of either airfreight or sea freight cargo. Accra Air Travel Centre therefore has Cargo and Freight forwarding and clearing facility to ensure that clients do not encounter undue delays in the clearing of their goods at both the airport and harbour.

ORGANISING CONFERENCE & SEMINARS
Ghana abounds in conference locations with modern conference facilities. All four-star and five-star hotels have conference facilities both in Accra and outside Accra. There are also conference facilities outside hotels.

Accra Air Travel Centre arranges, prepares and manages conferences of any magnitude. This will among other things include:

• Travel arrangements for all participants
• Making hotel reservations
• Advising on the choice of conference location, preparation and decorating of Conference Hall and meeting rooms.
• Meeting participants at airport and providing departure services.
• Production of conference materials such as name, badges folders, notepads etc.
• Providing a dedicated conference secretariat to deal with all issues relating to the conference.
• Making ground transportation arrangement for conference participants without transportation.
• Arranging for and providing interpreters, translators, hostesses and secretaries.
• Arranging for publicity
• Coordinating payments of daily allowances and provision to participants on behalf of HOPE FOR AFRICAN CHILDREN INITIATIVE

CLIENT REPRESENTATION
Occasionally some corporate bodies may wish to set-up fully equipped satellite offices in Ghana with personnel to man them. Accra Air Travel Centre is capable of offering such representation.
