PASSPORT & VISAS
Valid passports are required by all. Visas are required by all; exceptions are in the main, nationals of certain African and Commonwealth countries.

ACCOMMODATION
As much as possible, we book rooms with private baths or showers throughout on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost.

ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
You will be notified about any alteration to the arrangements in this brochure not later than 15 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to change any route or arrangements should conditions so necessitate, to offer substitutes of equal value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. We also reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

TRANSPORATION
Minibuses, four-wheel drive vehicles or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants.

INSURANCE
It is recommended that visitors take personal accident and baggage insurance.

MEDICAL CARE
Malaria is endemic to Ghana and all visitors should take precautions against malaria. Anti-malaria medication should be taken prior to arrival, during the tour and after departure. Please consult your physician for advice.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests (e.g. for single room or particular diet), must be notified in writing when the booking is made. Whilst we will endeavour to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and any failure to comply will not be a breach of contract.
