Introduction
Accra Air Travel Centre aims at providing a one stop outfit for efficient travel support services that range from ticketing and reservation to airline representation (General Sales Agency), office support service to client protocol support service, hotel reservation, car rentals and general ground support services.
The thrust of our operations are value for money, efficiency in service and general client satisfaction, whether the client is a traveler or an airline company. It is our intention to establish strategic alliance with airline companies and other institutions in the hospitality industry in order to better serve the traveler.
Mission Statement
The mission of Accra Air Travel Centre is to provide a comprehensive travel support services directed at “value for money” clients by closely working in alliance with other service provides such as airline companies and hotels. Accra Air Travel Centre will strive to obtain a General Sales Agency (GSA) status with a market and customer-oriented airline in order to offer efficient services for the benefit of service firms in the travel and tourism business and most importantly the traveler on whom our very existence depends.
c. Objectives
1. Build a customer base of satisfied clients by making attractive product offerings specially tailored to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.
2. Establish alliances with airline companies and undertake joint promotional programmes aimed at reaching out to a bigger market for the mutual benefit of the airline companies, our company and most importantly the traveler.
3. As part of our objective of providing travelers with reliable and efficient services, the company aims at establishing a relationship with an airline as the airline's General Sales Agent (GSA) in Ghana .
4. To strongly pursue a tour operation business for both internal and foreign tours and also arrange charter flights on routes that are underserved by existing airlines that operate in Ghana .
5. Offer event management services that involve participant's travels and accommodation arrangement.
6. Offer efficient ground services including client protocol support services, car rental services and endeavour to increase our market share in all our areas of operation. |
